XLA is looking for a Program Manager to support a federal customer located in Washington, DC.  To provide Program Support to the evolving Amtrak capital program. - Expert knowledge and recommendations based on extensive passenger railroad understanding and experience to analyze current activities and provide guidance on best governance practices. - Approach and structure that will help ensure Amtrak grant funds are spent in a manner that ensures the highest value in accordance with statutory requirements. XLA is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Transit Benefits Specialist to support our federal customer. The job site is in a niche area in Arlington, VA that is close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.   This is a heavily administrative role that will require an individual willing to step out of their comfort zone and take on larger tasks and responsibilities when asked.
