Position Description

The Project Management Lead will support the daily operation, to further and achieve ICE
goals.  The Project Management Lead shall be skilled in the areas of facility project management and will possess deep experience in and knowledge of Federal government project management processes, procedures, and systems. The Project Management Lead shall demonstrate having a track record of delivering complex, mission-enabling facility projects. 

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience managing programs/projects similar to the
    areas identified for this role.
  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience with managing facility projects with specialized mission
    requirements; experience with planning, design, and construction; developing and
    reviewing architectural, interior design and engineering plans, specifications, and cost
    estimates.
  • Experience developing space plans, furniture plans, assessing and managing space
    requests/requirements against space allocation and utilization criteria. Possess a degree
    from an accredited university in the field of business, engineering, or architecture.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP)
    certification, certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent
    institution.
  • The Project Management Lead shall be versed in computer programs such as RPMS,
    TriRiga and Microsoft suite.
  • The Project Management Lead shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, and shall be a citizen or legal resident of the United States.
