E2 Travel Specialist

XLA is looking to hire an E2 Travel Specialist to assist them with processing Travel Vouchers using E2 Travel Solutions. This person will be working on site at a federal agency in Arlington, VA (metro accessible).

The E2 Travel Specialist will be tasked with:

• Using financial practices to assist the Financial Group
• Training and setting up new users in E2 Solutions
• Will create obligations, make travel arrangements and submit and process travel vouchers.
• Will troubleshoot issues regarding E2 Solutions document routing

• Four years of relevant experience
• Must have knowledge of all aspects of E2 Solutions especially in the areas of creating obligations, making travel arrangements and submitting and processing travel vouchers  
• Must have sound knowledge of the FTR (Federal Travel Regulations)
• Must be knowledgeable with financial practices
• Must have familiarity with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Needs to have ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal

The ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance which means all candidates must be a US Citizen.
