  • Position Description

    XLA is looking for a Financial Systems Administrator to work onsite at a federal agency in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will provide support for all internal government systems and non-government systems. Support includes:

     

    • Develop and deploy system training
    • Develop and maintain system and process documentation
    • Develop and maintain user documentation
    • Hotline user support
    • Develop and maintain system metrics & reports
    • Execute system/data audits
    • Test version releases and upgrades
    • Execute system data pulls and data analysis/mining tasks
    • Automate manual processes with applications including, but not limited to: SQL, SharePoint, InfoPath, Captivate, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Pro, UFMS (Momentum)
    • Research and learn new technology tools and applications to improve processes in FA and/or DEA
    • Full life-cycle support for the Financial Management Division’s (CFO) intranet and team sites and SharePoint platform
    • Sample of Systems/Applications include:
      • JPMorgan (Pcard)
      • FPDS-NG
      • UFMS (Momentum)
      • Contract Portfolio (FIRST Application)
      • FedBizOps
      • SAM
      • CPARS
      • SharePoint (FC Intranet/FA Team Site)
      • InfoPath

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Experience working with a variety of technologies including: SharePoint, SQL Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
    • Experience in planning project tasks and time management
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to develop system documentation and user guides
    • Team player, well organized, self-motivated, hungry and quick learner
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • User helpdesk experience
    • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple organizations in:
      • Resolving issues and developing recommendations
      • Developing system requirements and application tools
    • Proficient in :
      • UFMS application, Momentum software or similar contract/financial management system
      • Federal contracting
      • Federal Integrated Acquisition Environment
      • User helpdesk experience
    • Highly Desirable proficiencies:
      • DOJ UFMS
      • DEA UFMS
      • DEA Acquisition Policy
      • Intermediate to Advanced SharePoint
      • Intermediate to Advanced with SQL

      • Broad technical skills (SQL, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)

     Clearance Requirements:
